FEATURES
- Individual temperature control with digital controller for melting tank and dispensing nozzle.
- Melting tank & dispensing nozzle could be heated orderly to avoid dispensing nozzle heating overtime and to reduce carbonization of hot melt adhesive (HMA).
- Weekly timer for setting the time to turn on and off machine automatically by requirements.
- The function of keeping warm as a “Stand By” status to reduce carbonization of HMA and to conform to friendly environment.
- The function of warning malfunction.
- Constant flow by precision gear pump.
- Filters are installed inside manifold and dispensing nozzle, reducing maintenance and glue path block.
